Our Process

Step 1 - connect

We love to hear your story and how we can be a part of your special day! We will set up a call after you inquire to discuss style, ideas, and your vision. Having a mood board also helps us in this part of the process, so if you have one send it over.

Step 2 - Proposal

After gathering all the details we will create a personalized proposal just for you capturing all the design elements.

Step 3 - Design/Production

This is where the fun begins. We will start sourcing materials, fabricating structures/ 3D modeling, and creating all your items for your big day!

Step 4 - We schedule delivery and bring the vision to life.

  • Our pricing is broken down into three parts: items, 30% design/service fee and delivery/breakdown fee based on the cargo size, set up needs, and location.

    We have a minimum item investment of $3,000 for our services listed above, with our average couple spending $3,500 - $8,000+ depending on the details involved. (Exception to smaller shippable items)

  • If it involves full design and/or invitations we highly recommend booking at least 9 months prior to your event.

    As for other items such as day-of we recommend booking at least 3-6 months prior to your event.

  • As many as you want, as long as we can maintain the timeline. We believe in everything being perfect for your special day. We want to ensure your vision and every detail is captured.

  • Depends on the item but yes! Most of our signage items are shippable.

  • Yes, but there is a travel fee.

  • As much as we would love the opportunity to provide you our services our minimum order policy is designed to uphold our dedication to providing a premium experience from beginning to end. By concentrating on full-service projects, we guarantee personalized attention and top-notch craftsmanship for each client. This approach enables us to customize every aspect to your preferences, crafting an unforgettable experience that wouldn't be achievable with smaller orders.
